- Damaged or Poor Quality: If the meals delivered are damaged or do not meet our quality standards.
- Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within our delivery timeframe and no communication has been made to inform you of a delay.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the customer provides incorrect delivery details.
- If the customer is unavailable to receive the order at the provided address during the agreed delivery time.
- If the order is canceled after the food has already been prepared or dispatched.

Once we receive your email, our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your request is approved, you can choose between:- A full refund to your original payment method.
- A replacement meal, delivered at no additional cost.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled up to 30 minutes after they are placed.
- If an order is canceled after the food has been prepared, refunds may not be available.
