A: We currently deliver to all locations within Kuwait.
Q: What are your delivery hours?
A: We deliver daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight. Orders placed after midnight will be processed the following day.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We aim to deliver all orders within 1-2 hours of confirmation. Delivery times may vary during peak hours or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Ordering and Payment
Q: How can I place an order?
A: Orders can be placed directly through our website at www.theessentialmeals.com. Simply browse our menu, select your items, and proceed to checkout.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 10 minutes of being placed. If the meal has already been prepared or dispatched, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
